  • Strategic Land, Development Agreements and Land Acquisitions

    We carry out in depth due diligence of development sites and highlight any issues which may compromise their successful funding, construction and/or sale. We deal with all types of development agreement including golden brick and acquisition of Section 106 properties for registered providers. We can help with structuring both incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures. Our collaborative approach aims to better reflect commercial objectives and exit strategies in a cost effective way.

  • Promotion agreements

    We advise private, commercial and institutional landowners and developers on the promotion and disposal of land for development. Our advice helps our clients maximise value from developments and overcome issues of access, ransom and equalisation.
