About Dominic

Dominic advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions for a range of UK and international clients including investors, developers, owners and occupiers.

Dominic regularly advises on the acquisition, management and ultimate disposal of commercial and residential development projects. This includes negotiating development agreements, overage arrangements and subject to planning deals. The projects themselves can range from single site developments to large strategic land developments.

He has significant experience in the London office market acting for tenants including advising on significant pre-let agreements. In addition, Dominic is experienced in the retail, leisure and PRS sectors.

Dominic also deals with the acquisition, disposal and management of investment property having acted on a number of large scale transactions.
