Vicky Hernandez

Vicky’s retail clients include Ted Baker, AllSaints, Wood Green and Toys UK and range from international brands to smaller more local chains. She assists with all their property needs including acquisitions and disposals and day to day property management matters as well as providing strategic advice in relation to their store portfolios.

Vicky also works closely with our agricultural clients, many of whom came with her when she moved to RWK Goodman in 2020. She enjoys being part of their trusted team of advisors, assisting with the sale and purchase of farming businesses, land development and promotion, succession planning and supporting the next generation as they become more involved in farm management.

Vicky’s other area of expertise is the retirement sector, being the partner responsible for clients such as Cognatum and Blue Cedar Management Company. Having worked with such clients for many years she continues to support them with their varied mix of legal work; from the acquisition and development of new retirement estates to the day to day running of existing ones.
