Victoria has a wealth of experience of dealing with all aspects of new build residential development acquisitions and plot sales, working with national house builders and bespoke local developers to acquire property in locations throughout the United Kingdom. She is able to advise and deal with all elements of residential conveyancing acting for buyers, sellers and lenders acting in a sole representation capacity and companies purchasing residential property. Victoria also deals with auction sales, retirement village sales, surrenders and regrants of retirement village leases.

Victoria is an experienced manager and enjoys supervising and training junior colleagues as they progress through their professional careers. As an experienced manager and supervisor, she is dedicated to meeting client expectations and deadlines.

  • Drafting document suites and collation of initial site packs for developer clients and affordable housing providers including site set ups, guidance, contracts, transfers, leases, shared ownership leases, garage leases and apartment leases.
