About Charlie

Charlie is a Senior Paralegal in our Real Estate team.

Charlie has over 20 years’ experience working in real estate specialising in development and all property aspects in the charity, health & social care and energy sectors.

Charlie has dealt with all aspects of development land matters including strategic acquisitions, funding, scheme set up and onward sales.  She has acted for a number of national PLC housebuilders and regional developers, has undertaken property work for leading UK charities and institutions and is the lead fee earner for battery storage and solar development projects.
