Your options for commercial property transactions will vary, but most projects are funded by one of the following:

  • Lender loan

    We will advise you on the term sheet and the extent to which the commercial terms reflect the market and will work with you to anticipate the lender’s requirements, enabling you to access funds and get your project underway quickly. We can advise you on the security package requested. We can also advise you about securing business debt against the matrimonial home.

  • Private funding

    Securing funding through a private investor is still a good finance option, but as always, it is vital that you understand the implications of the finance terms and the security you will need to give.   • Pension funding

    Commercial and agricultural property transactions are increasingly funded through a secured commercial loan from your own or a third-party SIPP or SSAS. We have extensive experience of pension related funding and can help simplify the process for you.

  • Guaranteeing loans

    Depending on the security you can offer, your funder may look for corporate or personal guarantees. These can incur risks and you need to understand your liabilities. We will make sure you are fully aware of your current and future liabilities in relation to any guarantee given.
