Chris is an Associate in our Residential Property, Farms and Estates team who specialises in residential property, new homes and residential development..

Chris deals with all aspects of new build property matters. This includes providing advice in respect of plot purchases and dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions. He has strong working relationships with numerous local, regional and national housing developers and property agents and is regularly recommended to act on behalf of plot purchasers. Chris regularly acts for first time buyers, investors and those looking to downsize.

Prior to joining RWK Goodman, Chris worked for law firms in both Bristol and Exeter and has built a strong reputation within the South West new homes market.
