The Team Around the Client Magazine
March 2024 | Edition 11
A note from the Editor
"RWK Goodman have, from March 2024, opened a new office in central Bristol. This edition of Team Around the Client reflects our Injury Division’s deep professional and personal connections with Bristol.
We are particularly delighted to be the lead sponsor for a 3 three day international cerebral palsy football festival taking place in August 2024 at Imperial Park in Bristol, hosted by the Bristol City Cerebral Palsy Football Club.
Sport has been a driving passion for many of us, whether it’s helping those with sports injuries or enabling those with physical or neurological injury to engage in sport. Bristol has many fantastic programmes and opportunities for adults and children, and we have updated our Guide to Cerebral Palsy with further information on what’s available.
I moved to Bristol from Northern Ireland in 1997 and the city has grown and developed hugely over my time here, previously derelict areas in the harbourside are now thriving areas for independent shops and restaurants, and wasteland behind Temple Meads is being developed by Bristol University into their Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, part of the UK’s largest regeneration project. Bristol University hopes to create: ”Inspiring spaces to meet, learn and make new connections”; an amazing aspiration and one we too share in opening up new opportunities for our firm, our people, our clients and partnerships in Bristol”.
