About Becky:

Becky is a Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team, based in our Bath office.

Becky is an experienced medical negligence solicitor and specialises in advising clients in relation to coroner’s inquests.

Becky represents families at a wide variety of inquests, including those engaging Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

She regularly supports clients where inquests relate to:

  • Deaths in community and in-patient mental health care
  • Deaths in residential care home
  • Deaths in prison and other forms of detention, and
  • Deaths due to negligent medical care.

Becky advises clients in relation to all types of clinical negligence where medical treatment has been substandard, including cases relating to:

  • Substandard surgical procedures
  • Orthopaedic care
  • Delayed or inappropriate cancer diagnosis, and
  • Failures or delays in the recognition of sepsis.
