RWK Goodman advise on Alfa Laval’s acquisition of NRG Marine

Top 100 firm RWK Goodman has advised Alfa Laval, a leading global supplier of first-class products in the areas of heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling, on its acquisition of a leading provider of ultrasonic anti-fouling technology for marine, oil-and-gas and industrial applications.
The firm supported Alfa Laval on the completion of the purchase of UK and Abu Dhabi based NRG Marine, which will enable Alfa Laval to extend its product portfolio by adding an energy efficient solution which improves operational performance within the marine sector.
The RWK Goodman team was led by corporate partner John North and senior associate Catherine Hayes, with additional support from senior associate Charlotte Ebbutt and associates Hector Freyne, Simon Stone and William Bartoli-Edwards.
Senior associate Catherine Hawkes provided additional employment law support, while partner Priya Pandya and senior paralegal Abigail Okosi advised on the property requirements.
