Charlotte is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team and is primarily based in our Oxford office. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters including the protection, management and exploitation of intellectual property, data protection compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and drafting and advising on specialist racing & bloodstock contracts.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Arts in Ancient History before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, in which she achieved a distinction, in London. Charlotte joined RWK Goodman as a trainee in 2014, qualifying at the firm in 2016.
Charlotte acts for a wide variety of businesses ranging from those in the creative and tech industries to charities and governing bodies. She has particular experience advising on IP and IT matters and data protection compliance.
She is also part of the firm’s specialist Racing & Bloodstock team and advises jockeys, trainers and other stakeholders from across the industry on a range of matters including regulatory issues, disciplinary and licensing cases, specialist commercial agreements regarding racing and bloodstock and agricultural and equestrian property transactions.
