RWK Goodman’s injury division has been recognised for its commitment to supporting victims of negligence and delivering high-quality and transformative outcomes with a nomination at a leading industry awards.

The firm has been nominated for the Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Team of the Year award at the Chambers UK Solicitor Awards, a ceremony held by the leading legal directories organisation Chambers and Partners.

The nomination, which highlights firms and teams which have demonstrated outstanding technical expertise alongside a commitment to high-quality client service and innovation within their specific practice area, comes following a rigorous research process built off data collected from law firms, clients and collaborators.

The firm’s injury division has continued to support victims of negligence across a range of personal injury, clinical negligence, and compensation protection matters over the past 12 months, with major matters including the securing of a £24.1 million settlement for a child with cerebral palsy after a negligent delay in delivery, and a seven figure settlement for a man who lost an eye after workplace accident.

The team has also continued to operate as a cohesive unit around the client post settlement of the litigation, even supporting on a number of cross-border matters such as the support of a French-based adult client to help manage his compensation through a UK deputyship and concurrently with French Guardians.

The accolade is the latest recognition of the firm’s injury division by the wider industry, following on from clinical negligence partner Abigail Ringer being shortlisted for lawyer of the year at the 2026 Bristol Legal Awards.

Tracy Norris-Evans, head of RWK Goodman’s injury division, said: “It’s a great honour for the division to be shortlisted at this year’s Chambers UK Solicitor Awards in recognition of a strong year of growth representing victims of negligence as they seek justice for their life changing injuries.

“This past year has seen some significant matters the team has worked tirelessly on to ensure that our clients are supported to the full extent and are secure in the knowledge that we will fight every inch for them, and to have this approach and commitment to client care recognised within the wider industry is rewarding for the whole team.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at The Dorchester in London on November 26.
