About Louise
Louise is a Partner and Head of Personal Injury at RWK Goodman. She specialises in complex personal injury claims and has extensive experience of representing people with life-changing injuries, including limb loss, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), chronic pain, serious orthopaedic injuries, scarring, multiple traumatic injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner.
Louise knows that a serious injury can change almost every aspect of someone’s life. Everyday activities can become difficult, returning to work may be impossible and the future can suddenly seem uncertain. She is committed to helping her clients secure the compensation they need to rebuild their lives and regain as much independence as possible.
Much of Louise’s work involves cases where the medical evidence is complex or responsibility for an injury is disputed. She takes a meticulous approach to investigating what happened, establishing who was responsible and understanding the full extent of her clients’ needs. Just as importantly, she recognises that no two people experience an injury in quite the same way and takes the time to understand what matters most to each client.
Her work covers accidents in the workplace, road traffic accidents, including motorcycle collisions, accidents on public and private premises, and injuries caused by defective products.
Louise has held the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation for over 30 years, a mark of specialist expertise and professional competence in personal injury law.
