RWK Goodman corporate winners

RWK Goodman’s Corporate team celebrated last week after LDC’s investment of £13m in support of Hybrid’s management team won the South West Business Insider Dealmakers ‘Medium-sized Deal of the Year’ award.

RWK Goodman’s Corporate team, acted for Hybrid’s shareholders and management team, alongside accountants Bishop Fleming who provided tax advice and corporate finance house Sequence.

The RWK Goodman team was led by James Worrall, Iain Butler, Janetta White and Tim Gofton.
