About Edward

Edward is a partner in the London corporate team and a member of the firm’s executive committee. He was Goodman Derrick’s senior partner prior to the merger with RWK Goodman.

Edward represents UK and international corporates, investors and owners on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, inward investments, fundraisings & private equity, corporate structures and group reorganisations. He has particular experience in the TMT and publishing sectors, where he has worked on a number of high profile transactions.

Edward has recently advised on:

  • the sale of Pavilion Books to HarperCollins
  • the acquisition of Evrythng by Digimarc Corporation
  • the sale of Health and Case Management Limited to Apposite Capital
  • the investment by Talipot ESG Investments in Cambridge Quantum Computing
  • the acquisition of The EVLA Group by Trademark Global
  • the acquisition of Launchpad by Outmatch
