Community matters
We develop partnerships with our local Community Foundations.
Supporting local causes that are close to our colleagues’ hearts through pro bono legal work, fundraising and volunteering. We also give our people two volunteering days each year. So they can give back to good causes and make a positive impact within our local communities.
Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation
Our Swindon and Marlborough Charity
Our partnership with Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation is our longest-standing, spanning an incredible 21 years. Over this time, our fund has supported a wide range of local charities and initiatives that help improve the lives of people across Wiltshire.
Last year, our colleagues voted to dedicate our funding towards grant applications focused on mental health and wellbeing, allowing us to support vital services in this space. Through this initiative, we helped organisations such as The Pump House and Youth Adventure Trust.
Looking Ahead: Supporting Social Mobility
This year, we are shifting our focus to social mobility, helping to create opportunities for individuals and families to improve their life chances through education, employment, and access to essential resources. By directing our grant money towards social mobility initiatives, we aim to break down barriers and support people in reaching their full potential

Quartet Community Foundation
Our Bath and Bristol Charity
Since 2004, we have proudly been working with Quartet Community Foundation who play a crucial role in supporting charities and community groups across BANES, Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
Through our fund, we have already supported numerous causes and projects such as Southside, Keynsham Bereavement Support, Off The Record, Salvation Army, and Bath Rugby Foundation. Until now, our focus has primarily been within BANES, but as we continue to grow in Bristol, we are excited to extend our support to organisations making a difference in this city.
Oxfordshire Community Foundation
Our Oxford Charity
Our partnership with Oxfordshire Community Foundation has allowed us to support incredible initiatives across the county. Through our fund, we have already helped organisations such as MyVision, The Berin Centre, The Thriving in Nature Fund, and The Pump House Project—each playing a crucial role in supporting individuals and communities across Oxfordshire.

London Community Foundation
Our London Charity
We are excited to announce our new partnership with London Community Foundation, an organisation dedicated to supporting charities and community groups across the capital.
We will be directing our first funding towards the Youth Futures Fund which helps young people overcome challenges and access opportunities. By focusing on this area, we aim to address some of London’s most pressing social issues and create meaningful change.
