Kayleigh Tang

During her training contract, Kayleigh completed 12 months in the corporate team, where she gained experience across a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public acquisitions and disposals (for both buy-side and sell-side), venture capital equity fundraising, and company reorganisations. She brings a thoughtful and commercially minded approach to supporting the team and clients through complex corporate matters.

Kayleigh supports the team in advising both business and individual clients on a broad range of private and public corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and equity fundraisings. She has experience working with clients across diverse sectors such as technology, construction, and professional services, acting for both buy-side and sell-side clients.

Kayleigh has a particular interest in the retail and hospitality sectors, and outside of work, she enjoys fashion, personal finance and staying commercially aware.
