Industrial Disease: Our 2025 rankings in the legal directories
Each year two legal directories called Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 produce a guide on lawyers to help the public find specialist firms and lawyers in their area.
We were delighted to maintain our ranking this year in the Chambers and Partners ‘Industrial Disease – UK wide’ category, being named as one of only 13 firms in the UK to specialise in industrial disease law including mesothelioma and asbestos claims. In addition, Helen Childs and Jennifer Seavor, Partners in our team maintained their rankings as specialist lawyers in this category and David Hughes as an ‘Associate to Watch’, being 3 of only 42 lawyers formally recognised in this category UK wide.
Partner, Rachel James was newly ranked this year by Chambers & Partners as a Leading Lawyer in Claimant Personal Injury work in the Southeast.
The Legal 500 also this year recognised the work of our Senior Associate, Laura Wilkinson who was ranked as a Leading Associate, with Partner Michael Wolstencroft also being recognised as a key lawyer.
Laura Wilkinson was noted as “highly recommended, she is a credit to her profession.”
Our team was also “recognised for its strength in difficult mesothelioma and occupational illness cases” and for our "personalised approach to asbestos claims that show their desire to support and achieve the best for their clients.”
