I’m looking forward to working with the team to further expand this area and develop a strong national practice.

“The firm’s full-service capabilities means they can support developers, landowners, promoters and funders through the whole process of development. Site delivery and plot sales are efficiently dealt with at the firm by Victoria Morley-Jones and her fabulous, experienced team and I am looking forward to meeting them.”

The appointment is the strategic addition to RWK Goodman’s growing national real estate team, following partner Lara Hourihan joining in London and partner David Benjamin joining in Bristol in March and April 2026 respectively, and further complements the team’s growing capability for high-quality client support across all real estate matters.

Dominic Whelan, head of RWK Goodman’s real estate team, said: “Cheryl is a very welcome addition to our growing national real estate practice, and her high-quality level of commercial awareness and deep knowledge of the intricacies and challenges of the property development cycle significantly complement our existing capabilities and will allow us to further enhance the quality of our client support.

“Her appointment marks a significant step in our ongoing ambitions for growth within our national Development team which is a well-rounded and multi-disciplinary team with the client’s best interests at the core of our approach. Cheryl joining the firm is another strong indication of being able to deliver against this goal and support clients nationally.”
