The focus of this session will be: Unlocking Development in London

The discussion will take a broad, strategic view, drawing on planning considerations, alongside wider insights into housing delivery, mixed-use development, regeneration, infrastructure investment, and the changing dynamics for occupied space in the Capital.

Aligned with the priorities and ambitions of the draft London Plan 2026, the session will explore:

  • Provision of new homes against the backdrop of the Building Safety Act 2022
  • Viability and changing focus of commercial development
  • Delivering distressed projects

Contributions will be led by specialists from RWK Goodman, alongside invited speakers. Attendees will be encouraged to participate actively, sharing insights and practical experience in an open and collaborative setting.
