Adam has over 12 years of litigation experience and specialises in high value multi-party professional negligence and contractual disputes arising in the Construction and Engineering industry, arising from both large commercial and domestic developments.

About Adam:

Adam represents both Claimants and Defendants both pre-action and at all stages of litigation, predominantly in the High Court (TCC and Business and Property Courts).  Adam has extensive experience with Mediation, various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and advocacy.

Adam prides himself on customer service.  His experience, communication skills and expertise allows him to assess the issues efficiently and understand client objectives. He understands how important it is to be accessible and responsive to his client’s needs whenever they need his advice. Adam always strives to obtain the best result for his client by the most pragmatic and cost-effective means.

Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, playing and watching live sport and music.

Experience:

Adam graduated from the University of the West of England with a Degree in Psychology and Criminology.  He later obtained a CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice to become a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive, whilst working and gaining experience in the legal industry.
