Hector is an Associate in our Corporate team, based in our London office.

Hector advises on domestic and international private and public mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising and corporate advisory matters. He also advises issuers, brokers, nominated advisers and investors in relation to equity capital markets transactions.
