About Giles

Giles is a Corporate solicitor in our Bristol office, working on a wide range of transactional and project work for clients across a variety of sectors. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations.

Having studied history at the University of Aberystwyth, Giles completed his GDL at Sussex University before completing the LPC at University of Law Guildford. Giles qualified at a Bristol firm having first paralegaled for a number of years as a corporate paralegal, before joining RWK Goodman in 2024.
