About Gemma

Gemma Hart is an Associate in our Real Estate team and is based in our Bath office.

She graduated from the University of Exeter with a Law Degree, and then went on to complete her legal studies in Bournemouth, obtaining a distinction in the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Gemma trained in a regional firm before qualifying in 2020 and joining RWK Goodman in August 2022.

Gemma undertakes all types of commercial property work for her clients, including:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Disposals and Acquisitions
  • Other Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Re-Financing
  • Easements

I enjoy how varied work in Real Estate can be – often being exposed to a diverse range of work and varying legal challenges. I also love being able to utilise my skills in carefully preparing and reviewing documentation and concisely advising clients so as for them to reach their commercial objectives.
