About Erin:

Erin is a Solicitor in our Employment team, based out of our Oxford office.

Erin qualified as a Solicitor in the Employment and Immigration team at RWK Goodman in September 2025. Erin first joined the firm in September 2019 and since then she has developed her career at RWK Goodman, gaining experience as a Legal Assistant within the Employment and Immigration team and also Paralegal experience in the Family team. During her training contract, she completed seats in Employment and Immigration as well as Corporate, enabling her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the issues facing both individuals and businesses.

Erin advises on a wide range of employment matters for both employees and employers and has particular experience in guiding employees through settlement agreements. She supports the team with day-to-day advisory work on HR queries, disciplinary and grievance issues, and contractual matters.

Outside of work, Erin loves to travel. Before starting her training contract, she spent six months exploring Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
