Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to be clear, inclusive and engaging. It typically involves two stages.
- The first stage is a remote video interview, allowing candidates to showcase their experience, motivations and commercial awareness.
- The second stage is usually held in person and includes an interview with at least two members of our team.
This ensures a balanced and fair assessment while giving candidates the opportunity to meet future colleagues and experience our culture first-hand. We aim to make the process as informative and welcoming as possible, so candidates leave with a strong sense of who we are and how we work.
