Our business services teams

Together, our Business Services Division provides essential support to our legal teams—enabling them to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

We’re a collaborative team made up specialist professionals from across the following disciplines: Marketing & Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Facilities and Risk & Best Practice.

Marketing & Business Development
Our team is structured into three core functions – Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Business Development – they work collaboratively to support and deliver a wide range of initiatives across the firm.

Finance
The finance team are responsible for managing the firm finances including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

HR
Our HR team provides both strategic direction and day-to-day operational support to the firm. They advise colleagues and managers on a wide range of people related matters and play a key role in shaping the culture which positions us as an employer of choice. The team’s expertise extends across key HR areas; including recruitment, operational HR, internal communications and learning and development.

Risk & Best Practice
Our team advise the firm on matters of regulatory compliance, risk management and best practice. Taking a risk-based approach, they balance regulatory and statutory requirements with commercial considerations. They advise on a range of areas including financial crime, data protection, SRA standards, and complaints handling.

IT
The team is committed to delivering expert support and creative solutions to improve day-to-day experience. The team is made up of our IT Support Analysts and Developers, as well as specialist IT Trainers who ensure new employees are fully equipped to use our systems effectively.

Facilities
Our Facilities team is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s infrastructure operates smoothly and remains compliant with health and safety regulations. They also manage the archiving and management of company files, including legal documents, wills, and deeds to ensure they are securely stored and easily accessible when needed.
