RWK Goodman advises Annika and Tom Bosanquet on the sale of sustainable packaging business Wrapology to German-based Carton Group

RWK Goodman has advised brother and sister Annika and Tom Bosanquet on the sale of the Wrapology Group, comprising of Wrapology International Limited in the UK and two subsidiaries in Hong Kong and China, to Carton Group, a prominent packaging company backed by investment firm Waterland.

Wrapology is an industry pioneer in customised, sustainable and cost-effective luxury packaging known for its keen sense for brands and outstanding packaging design and materials. Wrapology has a distinctive customer portfolio including high-profile, international and emerging brands.

The sibling-run company Wrapology will become a direct subsidiary of the Carton Group. The Carton Group is a leading German packaging company and is renowned for its innovative packaging solutions that cater to wide-ranging industry needs.

RWK Goodman’s team who advised on the deal was made up of Dominic Prentis, Catherine Hayes, Hector Freyne, Holly Freuchen and Giles Littlewood.
