RWK Goodman launches modern regional hub in Swindon

press

RWK Goodman has invested in a leading regional hub in Swindon as part of its wider long-term continuing commitment to Wiltshire.

The firm has moved its existing Swindon office at 3 Newbridge Square to the fully upgraded 1 Newbridge Square in the town centre, while at the same time integrating the existing office in Marlborough into the new space. This will provide a transformative regional hub with energy efficiency, an enhanced working environment, and cross-team collaboration at the heart of the firm’s Wiltshire plans.

The creation of a regional hub reflects the strategic vision to further expand the growing capabilities of the firm’s practice divisions throughout Wiltshire. The relocation to the new space, which occurred on June 1, also aligns with a number of promotions within the firm’s Wiltshire residential property team, with Remia Jacob promoted to partner and Kayleigh Shillingford advancing into a senior associate role.

The office will accommodate more than 65 people across 7,500 sq ft and be larger than both previous office sites combined as well as providing clients and staff with upgraded facilities, additional meeting rooms, and areas for events.

Paul Daniels, managing partner of RWK Goodman, said: “This decision is a strong affirmation of our commitment to Wiltshire and providing clients in the region with a singular, modern regional hub that augments our capabilities and complements our recent strategic growth.

“The creation of a regional hub in Swindon does not change our commitment to supporting Marlborough and its surrounding areas but unlocks the potential of expanded quality support for that and the wider area. By unifying our Wiltshire teams into a single location, our people can build a stronger internal culture and further strengthen cross-practice collaboration – giving our clients an enhanced and connected level of service.”

The establishment of the new space follows a strong year of growth of the firm against its wider strategy to achieve a turnover of £100m by 2030 as well as its acquisition of Oxfordshire law firm HMG Law.

RWK Goodman’s growth and client service was recognised at an industry level, having been shortlisted for UK Firm of the Year in the Mid-Sized category at the 2025 British Legal Awards.
