International Women’s Day event: Working in harmony with your hormones

This March, to mark International Women's Day, we have teamed up with Kirsty Smith, Functional Medicine Health Coach and founder of Natural Rays Wellbeing Consultancy for an event aimed at all women, regardless of their life stage. As we continue to achieve gender equality in the workplace, it is crucial that hormones are understood and hormone-related issues are talked about openly. This insightful event will increase your awareness of the various ways your hormones might impact you, and make sense of symptoms that may affect you, or your colleagues, in the workplace.

Guest speaker

Kirsty Smith

Kirsty is the founder and Head coach at Natural Rays Wellbeing Consultancy. After healing her hormonal issues (acne, brain fog, fatigue aka hypothyroidism) naturally, she became interested with understanding how lifestyle affects hormone health and how you can live a hormone-nourishing life without giving up all the things you love.

She helps women all over the world to heal their hormonal symptoms and live a symptom-free life through the strategies I teach inside the Hormone Harmony Collective.
