About Stephanie:

Stephanie is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Clinical Negligence team, based in our Bath office.

Stephanie provides her clients with advice about all forms of clinical negligence in cases when medical care has been substandard, but has a particular interest in assisting on Erb’s Palsy cases.

Stephanie obtained her Bachelors of Law at the University of South Wales and then went onto complete the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law at the University of Law. She later qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in July 2024.

Stephanie has a varied clinical negligence caseload including:

  • Stroke
  • Orthopaedic injuries
  • Diabetic foot ulcer
  • Delay in diagnosis claims

Stephanie also volunteers for AvMA by providing advice to the local public about clinical negligence claims.
