Taran-Jade is a Senior Paralegal within the Property Disputes team, based in the South West.

Taran-Jade graduated with a degree in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2019 and completed an International Law and International Relations Masters at the University of Bristol in 2021.

Taran-Jade has a particular interest in the following areas:

  • joint ownership disputes
  • boundary and neighbour disputes
  • commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • registrations at the Land Registry, including first registrations, applications for adverse possession and changes to registration following disputes
  • covenants

Taran-Jade is an associate member of CILEX undertaking the CPQ. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Associate Member, and Women in Property (South West).
