Rebecca has gained a wealth of experience advising clients across a range of business sectors on all aspects of employment law and HR matters. Rebecca frequently advises on complex disciplinary and grievance matters, managing performance issues, sickness absence, discrimination, whistleblowing, business restructures and negotiating exit packages for employees and directors. She also manages employment disputes in the Employment Tribunal.
Rebecca regularly supports our Corporate Team, providing TUPE advice on the sale or purchase of a business and/or commercial property.
