Leila Edwards

She represents Claimants’ and Defendants’ pre-action and at all stages of litigation, through to enforcement all of which may either takes place at either the County Court or High Court. Her experience working with Receivers has also transitioned to working with Insolvency Practitioners which has broadened her industry contacts.

Leila has a keen interest in civil fraud which has seen her co-managing teams in Scotland and Belfast, providing advice and strategy to complex fraud cases.

Leila has managed and grown teams into offering a diverse, and at times niche offerings to clients due to her ability to think outside of the box to lead, this means that it is not simply being reactive to situations but instead proactive.
