About Jo

Jo is a Partner and Co-Head of Department in our Oxford Residential Property, Farms & Estates team specialising in conveyancing, and more specifically, buy to let matters.

Having started her career in Southampton Jo joined RWK Goodman in 2010. Qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016 Jo has extensive experience in all types of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold properties.

Currently Jo acts for a number of company buy to let investors and small developers and has a passion for investment property transactions. As a property investor herself she is experienced at dealing with HMO buy to let acquisitions, refinances, title splits and the creation of new leases.
