About Charlotte:
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Employment team, based out of our Bath office.
With extensive experience advising employers and individuals on a range of employment law issues from day-to-day HR queries to complex litigation, Charlotte endeavours to provide clear, strategic advice, working closely with clients to resolves issues efficiently and effectively.
Charlotte has experience in:
- Employment contracts, service agreements and HR handbooks;
- Restrictive covenants;
- Disciplinary and grievance processes;
- Internal investigations;
- Whistle-blowing;
- Discrimination and harassment issues;
- Employment status concerns;
- Redundancies and business reorganisations;
- Gross misconduct and other dismissals;
- Negotiated exits and settlement agreements; and
- Senior executive terminations.
Charlotte additionally advises on contentious employment matters, including advising both employers and employees on employment tribunal proceedings, and High Court action in relation to breaches of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of confidential information.
Charlotte also has significant experience advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, employment due diligence, and employment-related drafting for corporate documents.
Charlotte also advises individuals on a variety of issues, including settlement agreements, employment tribunal claims, and restrictive covenant advice.
