About Annabel:

Annabel is an Associate in our Property Disputes team.

Annabel advises clients on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.

She has particular experience in rights of light, party walls, rights of way and access, boundary disputes and other issues affecting the use, ownership and development of land. Annabel works with clients ranging from landowners to developers and landlords and tenants to find practical, commercially focused solutions to disputes.

In addition to neighbourly matters, Annabel regularly works with clients in respect of commercial lease renewals pursuant to the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and associated matters such as rent arrears, break notices and dilapidations.
