About Amy:

Amy is a Senior Associate and Immigration Specialist within our Employment team

Amy has 10 years’ post qualification experience in personal and business immigration law and nationality law. Amy advises on all aspects of UK immigration law including all categories under the Points-Based System, family immigration laws, EU exit provisions and British nationality law.

Amy has extensive experience of advising in respect of the following:

  • Skilled Worker and GBM Senior and Specialist Worker visa applications;
  • Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing Sponsor compliance (including being appointed as a Level 1 User);
  • GAE Temporary Worker visa applications;
  • Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain including under the 10 year Long Residence provisions;
  • Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme;
  • Assisting family members of British nationals and settled persons to enter and remain in the UK;
  • Applications for leave to be granted outside of the Immigration Rules and on a discretionary basis;
  • Complex applications to naturalise or register as British on a discretionary basis.

Amy was previously a Legal Director within the Immigration and Employment team at another leading law firm, where she initially joined as an Associate. Prior to this she worked at a niche immigration practice which was consistently ranked in Tier 1 of Legal 500 and in Band 1 of Chambers and Partners UK.
