Will-making services in aid of local hospice
Withy King is ‘delighted’ to support Swindon-based hospice Prospect’s “Make a Will Month” initiative, for the second year.
The firm is offering people the chance to use its professional will-writing services in exchange for a donation to Prospect. Running throughout November, Prospect Hospice’s “Make a Will Month” is an ideal time for people to make sure their will is up to date – or if they don’t have one, to make one - while supporting the work of their local hospice.
Mandy Casavant, a solicitor in the Private Client team at Withy King in Swindon, commented: “We’re delighted to continue to support Prospect. Over the last two years we have helped to raise £2725 for the hospice.”
For over thirty years, Prospect has provided the only dedicated end of life care service for the 300,000 people living in Swindon and north Wiltshire, as well as Fairford and Lechlade in Gloucestershire. They provide care, comfort and confidence around the clock every day of the year. They aim to bring more care for patients and practical and emotional support for their carers and family. Last year their dedicated end of life care reached more than 1,600 people living with cancer and other serious conditions in the area.
