RWK Goodman marks significant increase in growth of Residential Property team in Bristol
RWK Goodman’s Residential Property team in Bristol is celebrating a strong year of growth in its support of homebuyers across the city and surrounding areas.
The firm, off the back of opening an office in the city in early 2024, has achieved a significant year-on-year growth in matters the firm has worked on within the wider Bristol postcode, with support on residential property sales increasing by more than a third.
It marks a strong increase for the firm in the city, built off the back of expanded expertise and additions to Bristol’s six-strong Residential Property team to provide the additional capacity and capabilities, including the appointment of partner Helen Sandrone into the team in May 2025.
The increase caps off a strong year for the team which started with the firm winning the Legal Category at the 2024 Bristol Property Awards, with judges noting that the year was “a remarkable chapter for RWK, with rave reviews from its extensive clientele. Relationships and collaborative work with clients to the fore.”

RWK Goodman’s Bristol office has gone from strength to strength in the last year, with the appointment of six partners since September 2024 and the firm also nominated for National Law Firm of the Year at the 2025 Bristol Legal Awards off the back of its strong performance within the Bristol and Bath market.
