RWK Goodman continues to expand its London Property team

Matthew specialises in high value residential conveyancing and also advises on associated landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and acquisition of freehold. He is the latest addition to our 68-strong property team which advises individuals, developers, investors, and industry professionals on a wide range of property issues, including buying and selling.

Prior to joining, Matthew trained at B P Collins LLP in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire and qualified into that firm’s Residential Property practice group in 2014, where he assisted high net worth clients with a diverse variety of residential property matters for a number of years.

I have been deliberating a move into the city for some time now and have considered a number of firms before accepting this role. RWK Goodman’s Residential Property team handles a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases of family or investment properties, residential purchases for corporate bodies, auction purchases, declarations of trust, transfers of equity, variations and renewal of leases, option agreements, re-mortgages, right to buy properties and ASTs. We work closely with our Probate & Estate Administration team on property sales and our Family Law team to advise on the sale of property on separation and divorce.
