Employment Law Update

The seminar will provide an overview of the last year, and will benefit anyone who has responsibility for dealing with HR issues in the workplace. We will look at:

• the changes in employment legislation over the last twelve months
• recent key decisions in case law and the practical impact that these will have on your organisation
• looking ahead at forthcoming changes and how to be prepared for them.

The seminar will be focused on practical tips to help you comply with legal requirements and with best practice. Employment Law partner, Richard Woodman together with partners, Caroline Doran Millett, Gemma Ospedale, David Israel and the rest of the Employment team will deliver essential updates on key employment law issues and will then take questions from the floor.
