Contracts for a pharmaceutical business

Due to the way in which the contract was drafted by Withy King, the business was able to recover the cost of the employee’s sick pay from the holiday company as part of the employee’s personal injury claim.  This was a significant benefit to the business in reducing the cost of covering the employee’s absence.
