Mock Employment Tribunal | Bath, 9 November 2022

Have you ever wondered what happens in an Employment Tribunal hearing, the process that is followed, or the factors the Judge takes into account when making a decision?

Our Employment & HR team have teamed up with Littleton Chambers and Juice Recruitment to host a Mock Tribunal which will provide you with a real insight into how a claim is dealt with, the evidence that is put forward and the common mistakes that can make the difference between winning and losing.

(Please note that this is a repeat of the Mock Employment Tribunal we are holding in Swindon on 19 October.) 

It will be an interactive session (you may even get to be on the judging panel!), and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions. It will provide you with tips on preparing your case and giving evidence, and also on how to handle internal processes and decision making so as to increase your chances of a successful outcome in a Tribunal.
