Following on from the success of our London Legal Landscapes session, our RWK Goodman Compensation Protection Unit team would love to invite you attend our 2026 Case Manager Conference Cymru.

This new conference aims to share knowledge of the Welsh and English legislation impacting case management organisations, independent Case Managers and Therapists.

The talks will be focused on:

  • The Additional Learning Needs (ALN) system in Wales
  • The difference between England & Wales and growth of separation following devolution of power
  • Changing or transferring a deputy, case manager, or solicitor
  • "You wouldn't refer to an unregistered Case Manager, would you?"

These talks will then be followed by a panel discussion, providing an opportunity to ask questions, and discuss wider challenges faced by Case Managers across Wales and England.
