Join RWK Goodman's Employment & HR team and Juice Recruitment at our next HR Hub where we will discuss employee engagement across physical and virtual work environments. This will be our first face-to-face HR event since early 2020, and we really hope you can make it.
As RWK Goodman's "Workforce: changing dimensions" report states, the advent of hybrid working models has brought about significant shifts in the employer/employee relationship. The new working environments require a similar shift in methods and skills required to keep employees engaged, motivated, and productive.
At this seminar, Richard Roberts, Culture, Employee Engagement and HR Consultant at enRich, and former People Director at Pure Planet, will give a talk on how to engage and motivate your teams across the new working environment, and provide practical tips for HR professionals.
The seminar will be chaired by Richard White, employment law partner at RWK Goodman, and Emma Summers, Founder & CEO at Juice Recruitment, who will provide their perspective on issues around recruitment, productivity, and managing employees in hybrid environments.
