RWK Goodman Family team and 3PB are delighted to invite you to our webinar on the complex area of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard (DoLS) Orders.

In this webinar, our panel will explore the current legal framework around DoLs Order and the interplay between DoLs Orders and the European Convention of Human Rights and the Court of Protection.

We will also discuss recent case law and the Court of Appeal’s decision in Re J (Local Authority consent to Deprivation of Liberty) (2024). RWK Goodman represented the mother in this groundbreaking case, and our experts will be able to share their unique insights into the direction of legal thinking on the issues involved
