Professionals in Brain Injury (PIBI) | Tuesday 3 November
We are delighted to invite you back to the RWK Goodman, Bath office for our next Professionals in Brain Injury (PIBI) event.
If you haven't been to one of our events before, please do come along and feel free to bring along any colleagues that might be interested. We are a friendly and informal group, and there will be a chance for a catch up afterwards, over drinks and nibbles.
For this session we will be hearing about: The Life of a Brain Injury Case Manager
Emma will explore the role of the brain injury case manager in assessing and coordinating complex rehabilitation and care needs following acquired brain injury. The talk will consider multidisciplinary working, goal setting, care planning, risk management and advocacy, alongside the importance of facilitating appropriate services and supporting individuals and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey. Emma will also reflect on the clinical challenges and practical considerations involved in delivering effective, person-centred case management.
