The head of RWK Goodman’s Bristol Property team has been named as a trailblazer on an indsutry list which recognises women driving excellence, inclusion and progress across the legal profession.

Partner Victoria Morley-Jones has been named in the 2026 Women Who Will list, a recognition reserved for women in the legal industry who are making a meaningful impact through their leadership, vision and action.

The list, developed by Obelisk Support in conjunction with the Next 100 Years Project – a charitable initiative working towards gender equality in the legal profession – is collated through industry nominations and wider independent research.

Since joining RWK Goodman in February 2024, Victoria has strengthened the firm’s residential property, residential development and new homes offering in Bristol and across the South West, with a strong profile in residential development, acquisitions and plot sales, including work for affordable housing providers and corporate clients acquiring residential assets or securing bridging finance.

Alongside the growth of the practice area, she has also focused on building a team which recognises talent, creates opportunities for progression and aligns development with the practice’s strategic direction in a sustainable and deliberate manner.

Her appearance on the list notes her commitment to not only rising through leadership, but bringing others with her by helping them grow in confidence, capability and profile.

Victoria said: “I am honoured to be recognised within the Women Who Will Class of 2026 as a Trailblazer and to join a list of previous honourees who have been so inspiring in how they have used the shared responsibility we hold in senior roles to drive forward the visibility and progression of women within the legal industry.

“For me, that responsibility means creating opportunities for others, making progression more visible, and building teams where people are supported, trusted and encouraged to lead.

“This recognition also reflects the culture that we have at RWK Goodman where inclusion is treated as an essential part of how we work, and where people are supported, seen and positioned to progress and lead.”

The accolade is the latest industry recognition for the firm’s Bristol Property team, following partner Helen Sandrone’s nomination in the CILEX Lawyer of the Year category at the 2025 Inspirational Women in Law Awards and the team’s strong year-on-year growth across residential property, residential development and new homes work in the South West following the team’s win for development and real estate work at the 2024 Bristol Property Awards.

The full 2026 Women Who Will list was launched at a reception in London on June 15.
