Career Conversations
We believe in empowering our people to take ownership of their career development.
That’s why we welcome and encourage open and honest career conversations throughout the year. These discussions offer a chance to reflect on your aspirations, track progress against development goals, set career milestones, and revisit your learning and development plans.
Before applying for a promotion, it’s important to have regular career conversations with your line manager. These should cover your readiness for promotion, your aspirations, and whether there is a business case for progression. While these conversations can happen at any time, they most often take place during your Mid-Year and Annual Reviews.
